ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Asterion Style accepts payment in the form of PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment is processed at the time of purchase and order confirmation and details will be sent upon submitting the order. E-mail address provided during checkout must be accurate to receive confirmation and updates.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is very important! Your information (including your name, address, email address, phone number, etc.) will only be used to complete your order. We will never share your info with anyone, nor send you unsolicited communication.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

All orders ship from the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are processed and shipped 1-3 business days following purchase. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and may be reviewed prior to completion of checkout. Tracking numbers are issued for all domestic packages. Customs label numbers are provided for international orders.

Domestic orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive. International orders may take up to 2-6 weeks to arrive.

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees and/or taxes.

RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, the item may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Return items must be in original unused and undamaged condition. Return items that have been used and/or damaged will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Only one exchange per order is allowed.

LOST OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Merchandise will be replaced or refunded including shipping charges if the product is defective or damaged. Items may be required to be returned before a refund or a replacement is sent. If your package arrives damaged contact us immediately and keep all shipping materials including the box or envelope and all contents. Photos of the damage may be requested.

Lost packages will be replaced provided the shipping address submitted at time of purchase was absolutely correct. Please contact us if your package has not shown up within the designated time frame and you believe it is lost. Lost packages are subject to verification. Asterion Style is not responsible for lost packages due to errors in shipping address provided by customer.
