WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard.

MY ORDER CAN’T BE COMPLETED, HELP!

Be sure the billing address you’ve entered matches the one on file with the credit card you’re using and that all info entered (credit card number, name on card, etc.) is accurate. If the problem persists, please contact the store and we’ll look into it.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD(S)?

After you place your order, you’ll be redirected to a page with a link to your download. A link to the file will also be sent to the email provided during checkout.

YOU’RE SOLD OUT OF SOMETHING I WANT! WILL YOU RESTOCK?

Most likely! In the meantime, you can sign up for email alerts to be notified when a particular item restocks. The option will appear automatically on a sold-out item’s product page. (Naturally, things like original artwork are one of a kind, so once it’s gone, it’s gone!)


SHIPPING

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). First Class and Priority Mail services are available for US domestic orders.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?

Yes! An option for shipping internationally is available when viewing items in your cart (USPS First Class Int’l Mail).

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are processed and shipped typically 1-3 days following purchase. US domestic order typically arrive within 1-2 weeks from time of shipping.  International shipping times can vary and can take up to 2-6 weeks depending on the method used.

CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL MAILING SERVICES (INSURANCE, RUSH SHIPPING, ETC.)?

Insurance and expedited shipping are available upon request. Costs vary based on value and weight of item respectively. Please leave a note in the customer notes section when placing your order if you’d like additional services.
